If you are immobilized and you can not use your arms and legs to defend yourself then you are a sitting duck. In a street fight there are no rules , no honor just survival.

What is Krav Maga?

Many martial arts systems, both traditional and modernized, are good for physical and mental wellbeing, although much of the technical skill taught in these systems rely on strict adherence to sport related rules and constraints, thus restraining the practitioner to a technical basis with limited effectiveness in the real world.
