Crime attacks do not happen in the controlled area of a ring but everywhere! They are unpredictable and it doesn't exist any rule or a referee, only armed criminals who are after you or your loved ones, usually the numbers are against you!

What is Krav Maga?

Many martial arts systems, both traditional and modernized, are good for physical and mental wellbeing, although much of the technical skill taught in these systems rely on strict adherence to sport related rules and constraints, thus restraining the practitioner to a technical basis with limited effectiveness in the real world.

In short, these techniques do little or nothing to help the practitioner of such systems to remain safe or to be able to effectively protect themselves in a dangerous real life physical encounter with a determined criminal or enemy who seeks to harm or kill them or their loved ones.
