If you are going to disarm an armed with a firearm assailant, you must attack and control the weapon in a way that it is not going to endanger innocent bystanders, if any. In the photo above everything is happening in the wrong way.

What is Krav Maga?

Many martial arts systems, both traditional and modernized, are good for physical and mental wellbeing, although much of the technical skill taught in these systems rely on strict adherence to sport related rules and constraints, thus restraining the practitioner to a technical basis with limited effectiveness in the real world.
