If you want to fight hard you must train hard.Most of the self defence scenarios are serious business, your life or your physical integrity are at stake and you must be able to come out with no harm.To do this you must train the right way. Calisthenics is the best form of exercise. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you are doing, the whole body is taking part, this is the real total workout. Combine that with a good cardio and you are a winner.
I am George Mimmis ,58 years old,1.80m tall and my weight is 94Kg.I am training at least 5 times a week really hard and I see the gains of it any moment in my life.
