Maintain your physical condition
I suggest to maintain a healthy body weight of enough muscle mass and a good endurance to optimize the skills we will cover. If you can not climb a ladder without having to swoon, you will be defenseless in a scuffle, whether armed or unarmed.Life and stress can make it hard for you to start some kind of an exercise but you can do it. Go to the park and walk. Do simple exercises like push-ups and sit-ups. In a while you can join a gym. Try for at least 40 to 50 minutes of intense exercise 3 to 4 times a week. The ideal form of exercise is the combination of calisthenics with a form of aerobic exercise that will simulates a fight with one or two opponents.
