Stun Guns

• Stun guns do require you to make actual physical contact with an assailant. It must be brought into contact with the assailant's body to exert its effect. Τhis is a very up-front and personal confrontation and you will have very little time to draw and implement the weapon. It's best if you have it in your hand already from a reaction standpoint, though this may make your assailants aware of the device before they assault you as well.
• Thick clothing can lessen the effect of the stun gun on an assailant, so winter-time in certain regions may make this a less desirable weapon than others.
