When a shoplifter attempts to walk by a female grocery store clerk, he probably thinks nothing of the girl. That’s a big mistake, as this surveillance footage from June 2015 shows.Not only does the girl, who is armed with mace, pull out a can of whoopass, but she also drags him back into the store to face justice.

What is Krav Maga?

Many martial arts systems, both traditional and modernized, are good for physical and mental wellbeing, although much of the technical skill taught in these systems rely on strict adherence to sport related rules and constraints, thus restraining the practitioner to a technical basis with limited effectiveness in the real world.
